I’ve spent more than 20 years helping couples rebuild connection, trust, intimacy, and emotional safety.

I also understand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re juggling careers, parenting, exhaustion, traumatic experiences, or the disappointment of unmet needs.

When a couple begins to feel understood, supported, and aligned, everything in life becomes more manageable. It’s incredibly meaningful to sit with two people who genuinely care about each other and help them learn how to communicate effectively in new ways.

I do this work because I believe relationships shape our health, our families, and our futures.

You’ll be met with warmth, accountability, curiosity, and respect. I show up authentically and ask my clients to do the same. I listen with compassion, but I’m also honest and direct. If something is preventing you from pivoting, we will talk about it.
